Hello! I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist (LFMT) with 7+ years of experience counselling and teaching. Part of my job is working with couples on understanding and addressing relational and communication conflicts, anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, and infidelity. I also deal with families undergoing issues like addiction, financial issues, chronic illness, separation/divorce, blended family adjustments, and behaviour issues and academic concerns in children. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including clinical, residential, in-patient, and in schools. I have also trained in CBT, solution-focused therapy, psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based therapy, among others.

I always take a holistic approach when helping clients with their issues. I want them to feel and see that I’m walking alongside them on their journey so they know that they can turn to me at anytime and not just when the going gets tough.
