I’m a licensed clinical social worker with post-grad training in CBT and supportive therapy. I got my certification back in 2019, and has been using it since as part of my therapeutic modalities. I am passionate about supporting others as they try to explore, understand, and overcome their behaviours and emotions, especially those that that causing them pain and are interfering with their ability to live a happier life.

Throughout my experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I have worked with people across ages and are dealing with a variety of issues. I have also led support groups for victims of sexual abuse. I believe that developing confidence, a positive view of oneself and life, and working through challenges and trauma takes time and the right kind of support. I want to be the latter for you in any way I can.
