Sometimes it is important to get help, especially when life gets tough. This is why I value my job as a licensed clinical social worker. Through my work, I’m able to extend help to others and provide them the tools, support and comfort they need to cope with life’s challenges.

I’ve been in this field for 3+ years and have helped and continue to help clients across backgrounds, including children, young adults, adults, and families. Some of the many issues I’m experienced providing counselling for include trauma and abuse, family conflicts, anger management, antisocial personality, bipolar disorder, ADHD, divorce and separation, dependent personality, life purpose, midlife crisis, money and financial issues, workplace and career issues, smoking/vaping cessation, mood disorders, and much more.

When a client comes in for counselling, I always treat them with respect, compassion, and dignity, regardless of their situation. I meet them where they are and remain on their side as they navigate their experiences, emotions, behaviours, and thought processes.
