Joanne completed her bachelor’s degree in counselling and mental health at Leeds Beckett and is currently a graduate student in mental health counselling. She brings with her 6+ years of professional experience working with adults and young adults who have experienced childhood trauma from abuse, neglect, and domestic violence.

Understanding that each client’s experiences and needs are unique, Heidi empowers them through a supportive, humanistic, and integrative approach to treatment. Her main goals as a professional counsellor are to help people achieve healing, regain new perspective in life, and fulfil their fullest potential.
