I’m a native Chinese who grew up in the US. I’m fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English and have been using my language skills to provide translation services for more than 5 years now. My career in translation wasn’t really intentional. I got my start just doing random translations online for some allowance back when I was at university. Eventually, I was getting a lot of translation work and before I knew it, my gig has already become a full-time job. I never looked back since.
