She has completed thousands of hours doing clinical mental health work and have also gained experience in a variety of counselling settings. Her main focus is providing counselling to children, young adults, and families. She uses a holistic approach, making sure that the physical, emotion, mental, and social needs of clients are met.

With an understanding of how difficult it can be to share one’s life struggles, Trisha always endeavours to provide a comfortable, safe, and accepting counselling environment to every client she comes across with.
